Meet Dr. Thileeb Selvarajah, D.D.S.

My path to the field of dentistry has been a long adventure. I have gained insight and been privy to the lack of basic health care around the world. As a firsthand eyewitness to the very low economic and social conditions found in society, I found a special purpose treating and healing people with compassion

Dr. Thileeb has volunteered at Scarborough General Hospital and with the nonprofit humanitarian relief committee Ve’ahavta. He’s traveled to Nairobi, Kenya to provide much-needed dental treatment.

Meeting the Needs of His Patients

Dr. Thileeb finds it highly rewarding to blend the knowledge and technical skills he has acquired over the years to treat the individual needs of his patients. “My aim is to provide the best service possible to families, and be a positive influence to promote a lifestyle of healthy living.”

Obtaining a Global Education

Although he, his wife and family call Toronto home, Dr. Thileeb has lived and studied in India, England, Oman, the U.S.A and Canada. He obtained a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) and is also a qualified Registered Dental Hygienist (R.D.H.). He continued his education by earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery (with high honors) from the University of Southern California – Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry.

Being a member in good standing with the Ontario and Canadian Dental Associations, and the R.C.D.S.O., Dr. Thileeb continues to develop his professional career from courses given by the Toronto East Dental Society, Dentistry for Future and online seminars.
